The architectural project was developed in 2002 on the basis of:
- Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic
of Belarus No. 717 (dated 8 May, 1998) "About design of new
building of the National library of Belarus in Minsk";
- Decision of the Minsk Municipal Executive Committee No. 1355
(dated 9 November, 2001) "About the execution of designing and prospects
works";
- Decision of the Minsk Municipal Executive Committee No. 907
(dated 18 June, 2002) "About the housebreaking on the building areas";
- Project statement approved by the Ministry of Culture
of the Republic of Belarus (dated 29 March, 2002);
- Plan target;
- Architectural planning target No. 1923/01 (dated 7 December,
2001);
- Technical conditions for engineering supportand other
input data.
